Served in a paper cup, the tortilla soup is one of the best and fastest late-night snacks, rife with fried tortilla strips, chicken, and avocado in a sprightly broth. The tiny tacos are fab, too, especially the spicy tinga de pollo. But hands-down the biggest late-night crowd pleaser is grilled corn on the cob, slathered with mayo and dusted with queso seco, recreating a much loved Mexican late-night treat.
