GOWANUS — Brooklyn charmer Buttermilk Channel and its sister spot French Louie are teaming up for a New Orleans-inspired residency at Threes Brewing called Bywater. On the menu is a muffaletta on Bien Cuit miche, an andouille sausage po boy sandwich, roasted oysters, and Buttermilk Channel's fried chicken. The residency runs through June 14. [EaterWire]

NOLITA — Culinary Agents is hosting its first ever career fair on June 16. Reps from restaurant groups like Batali & Bastianich, Charlie Palmer, Thomas Keller, and Union Square Hospitality will be there, along with Cosme, All'Onda, Eleven Madison Park, and more.
