Four Seasons's Downstairs Neighbor The Brasserie May Get the Boot Too

New, 1 comment

Seagram Building landlord Aby Rosen appears to be cleaning house.

Seagram Building landlord Aby Rosen may be giving the boot to more than just the iconic Four Seasons. Steve Cuozzo hears that Rosen wants to push out The Brasserie, the tower's other restaurant. Its interior isn't protected by landmark status like The Four Seasons, so handing the space off to a new restaurateur who wants to make over the subterranean restaurant would be relatively easy. However, the two spaces are connected internally, so there's a chance that Rosen will try to lease both as a (very expensive) package deal.
