Rich, Mario, Jeff, and their army of sandwich artists and mozz makers will soon be cranking out overstuffed heroes, mountains of crispy calamari, and bowl after bowl of Buffalo cucumbers. The ice cream cakes will be tall and colorful; the cocktails will be cold, strong, and, ideally, around $12 each.

Major Food Group hasn't revealed the exact opening date, but word on the street is that it could open as early as next week.
