The PEPCID® Tastemakers Series Celebrates Another Year of Culinary Adventure in New York

Monday night, The Cannibal Beer & Butcher hosted an exclusive dining event for Eater, the PEPCID® Brand and a few lucky readers, as part of the PEPCID® Tastemakers dining series, empowering foodies everywhere to not let heartburn stand in the way of their culinary adventure. Chefs Francis Derby and Tien Ho collaborated on a never-before-seen menu of delightfully spicy dishes. Guests were treated to menu items like spiced beef tartare with burnt ramp, house-made charcuterie, and suckling pig cochinita pibil.

Thanks to the makers of PEPCID® and host Ted Allen of Food Network's Chopped and All Star Academy fame, guests learned how they can fight back against heartburn and enjoy great tastes — no matter how unique the dish.

Check out the photos below, and remember — never let heartburn stop you from exploring bold flavors.
