David Chang Already Deep In Fuku R & D, Riding the Wave of Fukusanity

It's been a little over 24 hours since David Chang unveiled Fuku, the fledgling outpost of what is soon to be Momofuku's fast casual spicy chicken sandwich empire. As those who waited in line (and the rest of the world) discovered yesterday, Fuku's current menu is a very short one: a fried chicken sandwich, a surprisingly good grain salad, and steak fries, plus beverages. But it's looking like that won't be the case for long.
