David Waltuck Takes Over the Menu at Huertas Tonight; The Vine Debuts Brunch

EAST VILLAGE — élan chef David Waltuck is taking over the pintxos menu tonight at Huertas offering six dishes including his seafood sausage and uni guacamole with taro root chips. [EaterWire]

ROCKEFELLER CENTER — SixtyFive, the bar next door to the Rainbow Room, is launching "tasting Tuesdays" tomorrow night. Each Tuesday from 5-7 p.m. during June, bartenders will pour a complimentary tasting of a different spirit. Tomorrow night it's Macallan Scotch. [EaterWire]
