COBBLE HILL — Ice cream subscription service MilkMade opened its first brick and mortar tasting room on Friday in the former Hay Rosie space. The wacky flavors here range from rock rock Rockaway road (marzipan ice cream with marshmallow swirl and Mast Brothers chocolate chips) to Grady's Manhattan (cold brew coffee ice cream and Kings County Distillery's whiskey) and Chinatown chocolate (Mast Bros. chocolate ice cream with Chinese spices). LONG ISLAND CITY — American restaurant Station LIC is opening today adjacent to the Vernon-Jackson 7 train station. The menu is long and just around from daily crostini to pot pie, risotto fritters and a "ponzi" burger with pepper jack, potato "nest," bacon and a house sauce. CHINATOWN — A new Taiwanese lounge called Formosa Cafe is serving bubble tea, rice balls, gyoza, and popcorn chicken, reports Bedford + Bowery. The space is outfitted with pleather seating and some fairy-inspired art on the walls. Status: Certified open. 34 Eldridge Street, 212-966-0916.
