77-Year-Old Man Accidentally Backs Up Cadillac Into Lombardi's on Mott Street

Clam pie capital Lombardi's got a rude awakening on Saturday morning. A 77-year-old man accidentally backed his Cadillac ETS into the iconic pizza spot on Mott Street. "I was trying to park and the car wouldn't stop!" the driver said, according to the Post. Or, as the police explained it, "He's an old guy, he got confused....The guy can barely walk. He shouldn't be driving a vehicle." A window was shattered and a door was broken, but no one was injured and the shop was able to open later on Saturday. The police, using their utmost technical jargon, are blaming the incident on "a brain fart."
