Kerry Heffernan, who was the first chef at Eleven Madison Park and has been a free agent for a while now, will be running the kitchen this year. Last year, the menu sported oysters, lobster rolls, and a few other things that come from the sea. No word on how Heffernan plans to change things up, but even if he does, the oysters likely aren't going anywhere.
