B & H Dairy Still Waiting Indefinitely on Gas Hookup and Landmark Approval

Well over a month after the 2nd Avenue explosion, beloved lunch counter B & H Dairy still remains closed. The owners have said — a few times — that they just need one more week. But as of this weekend it appears that they are still waiting on the city for landmark approval and possibly gas, despite the fact that they reported it was already turned back on in early April.
