Downtown restaurant pro John McDonald (of Lure, Bowery Meat Company, and others) is staying hush hush on an opening date for his Sicilian/coastal Italian restaurant Sessanta in the Sixty Soho hotel, but an Instagram today (alongside a dish from chef Jordan Frosolone) says the restaurant is just a week away:
