Steve Cuozzo spotted some simple but understated signage at The Grace Building where Alsatian chef Gabriel Kreuther is opening his eponymous French-American restaurant next month.

The team has been working behind perpetually locked doors, so virtually no one has gotten a peek inside the space, but there are promises of green tiling, lots of "stork imagery," and Kreuther's legendary tarte flambee. There's also no public opening date yet, but Kreuther was hiring front of house staff a week ago and a rep for the restaurant has said that the debut is happening "definitely in June."
