Wassail's Cidermaker Series; The Summer Shift at Rockaway Beach

LOWER EAST SIDE — Cider bar Wassail is launching  a cidermaker dinner series with in their private dining room. The first dinner is June 2 with Kevin Zielinski from E.Z. Orchards in Oregon. FAR ROCKAWAY — Rockaway Taco's moving to Beach 87 this summer. In its old spot will be "The Summer Shift," a pop-up with a rotating list of chefs, all of whom have roots in Latin America. The lineup includes Fany Gerson of Dough, Gerardo Gonzalez of El Rey, and more. The Summer Shift will open May 22. [GS]
