Teen chef Greg Grossman – who actually only has about 10 days left of being a teen chef before he turns 20 on May 25 – has signed on to a new gig in the Hamptons for the summer. He'll be the chef at the new Southampton outpost of rich person restaurant/Real Housewives favorite Beautique, which opens Memorial Day weekend.

The original Beautique lost its opening chef, Craig Hopson, close to a year ago, but recently signed on Alain Alegretti – last seen in New York at La Promenade des Anglais – as its consulting chef for both locations. So he'll be deciding the menu, but it will be wunderkind Grossman actually in the kitchen out East. He apparently really likes that Hamptons fine-dining beat; last summer he was, according to the Wall Street Journal, putting in 100-hour work weeks at another local hot spot, Georgica.
