Parm's Brookfield Place outpost is nearly ready – sign in the window spotted by Tribeca Citizen even says the restaurant will open this week. But seeing as there's an open call for almost all front of house positions going on this very minute, and it appears there's still some work to do inside, an opening is probably at least a few days, maybe even a week, off.
The Torrisi boys have been working diligently over the past year to drench all of New York City in red sauce. Besides the Nolita original, there's already a large Parm outpost on the Upper West Side, plus one in the works for Williamsburg and another across the street from Barclay's center. Meanwhile, they team's also getting ready to open Sadelle's, their Soho bagel bakery and appetizing restaurant a la Russ & Daughters' Cafe, sometime next month.
