Welcome to a weekend edition of Eater Scenes, where Eater visits one of the city's many restaurants, bars, and food events to capture it at a certain, and very specific, point in the day. Today, scenes from Smorgasburg's first food fair of the 2015 season. Brooklyn's most popular congregation of hip food vendors had a bit of a cold start—summertime stalls, like People's Pops stayed empty for hours. And it was so windy that signage and tablecloths kept blowing away. Nothing could stop that incredibly long line for Ramen Burgers, though.
