ALPHABET CITY — Jamaican cafe and bar Miss Lily's 7A is unveiling lunch this week. Menu highlights include goat roti, a grilled fish sandwich, and a jerk chicken platter with rice and peas, and marinated cucumber salad. The restaurant is also kickstarting its new all-day happy hour from noon to 7 p.m., featuring $7 cocktails and $5 beer, wine, and well drinks. [Eaterwire]

LOWER EAST SIDE — Birds & Bubbles, the six-month old fried chicken/champagne restaurant from City Grit's Sarah Simmons, is debuting a brunch of chicken with an egg egg biscuit, shrimp & grits, a green egg and ham with pozole verde, and breakfast cocktails. TIMES SQUARE — UrbanSpace, hosts of Mad. Sq. Eats and Broadway Bites, are bringing back their Garment District NYC festival to Times Square, starting May 4th. The festival, which runs from 11 a.m to 9 p.m. daily until June 14th, will feature 37 vendors from around the city, including Hill Country, Momofuku Milk Bar, Red Hook Lobster Pound, and Toum, which will be serving Lebanese pizzas.
