Upscale sports bar The Windsor shuttered in the West Village a few weeks ago, after a nasty business divorce between The Lion owner John DeLucie and his business partner Sean Largotta. An auction yesterday was the final nail in the coffin. A tipster snapped some photo evidence of it all going down:

DeLucie claims that Largotta stole more than $100,000 in company funds. Perhaps, some of the funds from the auction are going towards paying that off.
