Tix to Bruno's Beta Dinner; Brucie's Run the Jewels Menu

EAST VILLAGE — Chefs Justin Slojkowski and Dave Gulino of forthcoming restaurant Bruno are hosting an eight course dinner to help develop ideas for their new menu. There's no set menu yet, but dishes may include a squid ink oat risotto and some homemade pasta. The March 13 dinner costs $150 a person, including beverages. COBBLE HILLBrucie is throwing a dinner inspired by hip hop duo Run The Jewels with a menu of lyric-themed dishes like "Fantastic Hamage with El-Ps and Carrots," "Banana Clipper," and "Steak-onia." CHELSEA —  Haven's Kitchen is hosting a supper club called the Incubator Project featuring rising chefs. The first dinner in the series will be prepared by Nini Nguyen and features a menu that celebrates her New Orleans upbringing and Vietnamese heritage. ALL OVER — Starting tonight through next Friday the Tour de France Restaurant Group will celebrate the 8th annual Stinky Cheese Festival.
