UNION SQUARE All'onda is honoring the anniversary of Notorious B.I.G.'s death with a special dinner on March 9. Expect Biggie themed dishes like spiced tomato soup, butter poached escargot, and curried oxtail patties. GOWANUS — A seminar called Artifacts is running a program called "The Eat," that focuses on how we value, create, and experience food in the home.
