MIDTOWN EAST — Prime Meats and Ko vet David Colston is launching lunch this week at The Upsider, which opened last September. The menu's miso salmon with wasabi caramel, and polenta with prawns, a poached egg, and brown butter offer a nice change of pace for the neighborhood's lunch scene. Check out the full menu below. BROOKLYN — Resy is now operating in Brooklyn today with reservations for places like Lucali, Littleneck, Mason Premiere, Meadowsweet, and several others. For the full lineup, check out the Resy app. [EaterWire]

MIDTOWN — Benoit is relaunching its cochon dinners in April. Chef Philippe Bertineau will prepare a whole suckling pig over two days and serve it at weekly dinners. The preparation will change each week, but the price will remain at $34. Reservations can be made through the restaurant's website. [Eaterwire]
