The ever restless Torrisi trio is charging ahead with "our version of Barney Greengrass," a bagel and appetizing shop called Sadelle's with ex-Roberta's bakery Melissa Weller. Demolition of the old I Tre Merli space is almost done and a construction worker tells Eater that building should get underway next week. The project was slated to open in April, but it looks like early summer may be more likely. Meanwhile, Parm Williamsburg is still in the works, as is a redux of the original Torrisi, and a Torrisi cookbook is coming, too.
