Dale Talde and Guinness Celebrate St. Patty's Day; Hill Country's 'Gone to Texas'

PARK SLOPE — Dale Talde is co-hosting a St. Patrick's Day dinner at Thistle Hill Tavern on March 12 with Justin O'Connor of Dublin's Guinness Storehouse, home to Ireland's favorite black stuff. O'Connor's three-course dinner will feature twists on some of Thistle Hill's dishes, as well as a few of his own recipes. [EaterWire]
