East Village bar Nevada Smiths, known for hosting soccer fanatics, has a big debt to pay. The bar took out a $150,000 loan from a bank last April for reasons unknown, and has missed the last four payments, reports DNAinfo. The installments are only $1,665.31, but with the remaining balance, late payments, and interest, the total owed is now $146,789.21. Noah Bank, which is based in New Jersey, has filed a suit against Nevada Smiths for ignoring "demands for payment." No word on what may happen to the soccer spot quite yet. Stay tuned.
