FLATIRON — To celebrate the The Gander's first anniversary, the restaurant is offering a special four-course tasting menu April 6-10. Chef Jesse Schenker will be preparing dishes like sea bass crudo with caviar, lobster vinaigrette, and duck skin, as well as aged duck breast, with crushed peas, morel mushrooms, and pickled rhubarb.
