Santina Launches Breakfast; Top Chef Dinner at Añejo Tribeca

MEATPACKING — Mario Carbone and Rich Torrisi's blockbuster Santina will unleash its breakfast menu on Monday. It's all about Mediterranean-inflected brunch dishes here, like an egg-topped version of the restaurant's guanciale e pepe rice. TRIBECA — Top Cheftestapants Angelo Sosa, Tiffany Derry, Dave Martin, and Candice Kumai are hosting a four-course Mexican dinner at Sosa's new restaurant Añejo Tribeca on March 25 at 8 p.m. Tickets cost $150 and include the food and a tequila pairing with each course. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Chromosome 18, a charity dedicated to helping people with a rare genetic abnormality affecting Sosa's son, Jacob.
