TRIBECA — Next week, Marc Forgione is launching a weekly dine-around on Thursdays at his restaurants. Diners will start with appetizers at Khe-Yo, continue with a steak dinner at American Cut, and finish up with dessert at Restaurant Marc Forgione. UPPER WEST SIDE — Boulud Sud is celebrating spring with Tapas Week. Through Friday night, a special small plates menu of tapas, shareable Middle Eastern dips, and fire-roasted flatbreads will be available at the bar and lounge starting at 7 p.m. The bar staff is also launching a gin program this week, featuring six cocktails inspired by Spanish gin culture. [EaterWire]
