EAST VILLAGE — Schnitzel spot Schnitz is launching breakfast (8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.) this week. To get things started, the team is offering free coffee and biscuits tomorrow through Friday. The breakfast menu hops around from a healthy cottage cheese parfait to "schnitz and waffles," a decadent plate of chicken schnitzel, a pecan waffle, maple syrup, smoked pickles, and slaw.
