Menus for the Sussman's Threes Brewing Residency; Sandy Fundraiser at Delmonico's

GOWANUS — Chefs and brothers Eli and Max Sussman are kicking off their Middle Eastern residency at Threes Brewing tonight with chicken shwarma, freshly made pita, beet hummus, and flatbread made with feta, tomatoes, and sumac.
