David Waltuck and Anita Lo Reunite for Dinner; Intro to Burgundy Class

FLATIRON — Elan chef David Waltuck and Anita Lo (who was a sous chef at Chanterelle) are re-joining forces for a five course dinner that will reimagine some of Chanterelle's classic dishes. UPPER EAST SIDE — The Consulate General of France is hosting a dinner series curated by Eric Ripert. The next dinner, cooked by Sébastien Pourrat from Cocotte in Soho, is open to the public. Tickets for the March 25 dinner are $150 and available through Resy. [EaterWire]

SOHO — Chef's Club is hosting an Intro to Burgundy class with its head sommelier Jerusha Frost.
