Spring Street Natural Might Trade Spring for Kenmare

Soho staple Spring Street Natural is contemplating giving up the Spring Street address it's held since 1985. Owner Rustam Schoenfeld has submitted a liquor license application for 98 Kenmare Street, aka the old MaisonO space. Schoenfeld told DNAinfo that it was "premature" to talk about the new location, but the application describes a 12-year lease that starts this month, a two story restaurant with 134 seats, and 1,000-square-feet of sidewalk cafe space.
