Grindhaus's Guest Chef Dinner; Tuome Celebrates Chinese New Year

RED HOOK — Joey Scalabrino from Iris Cafe is cooking a five course dinner at Grindhaus on February 11. Dishes include Brussels sprout croquettes, mushrooms with soft eggs, and "tentacles" (presumably of the octopus variety) with potatoes. Dinner is $64.
