Check Out Lupulo's Big Stone Hearth, Just Waiting to Start Roasting Meat

George Mendes's team is getting closer and closer to opening Lupolo, his new rustic Portuguese restaurant. Mendes has promised that there will be lots of fire roasted fare paired with beer (Lupulo means hops in Portuguese), so today he's showing off the restaurant's hearth, which according to his hashtags will be used to roast meat, chicken, and sardines. With all of that, it likely won't stay this pretty sand color for long.
