CHELSEA — Frozen Yogurt mega chain 16 Handles is launching breakfast tomorrow at 8 a.m. at its 178 8th Avenue location. Options include yogurt, acai, and oatmeal, which can be topped with things like tomatoes, avocado, cucumber, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, or fruit and nuts.
