CARROLL GARDENS — Nightingale 9's resuming brunch this Sunday (which it hasn't served since it moved into its current home down the block). The new menu includes a breakfast pho, bacon and egg congee, and banh xeo waffles topped with shrimp, bacon, bean sprouts, herbs, and fish sauce caramel.
