Nightingale 9 Resumes Brunch with Breakfast Pho; 15 East Debuts Local Fish Flight

CARROLL GARDENS — Nightingale 9's resuming brunch this Sunday (which it hasn't served since it moved into its current home down the block). The new menu includes a breakfast pho, bacon and egg congee, and banh xeo waffles topped with shrimp, bacon, bean sprouts, herbs, and fish sauce caramel. After this weekend, brunch will be available on Saturdays and Sundays. [GS]

UNION SQUARE — 15 East is now offering a 10 piece local fish flight, made from five different fish a night like scallops, blue point oysters, and belt fish. The flight is $55 and $5 of that goes to GrowNYC. [EaterWire]

COLUMBUS CIRCLE — A Voce Columbus's beverage director Olivier Flosse is hosting a class called "How to Build a Cellar without Breaking the Bank" next Thursday at 5:30 p.m. Expect to try some Italian wines and antipasti from the kitchen.
