SOHO — Back Forty West is hosting its annual Cassoulet Festival on the evening of March 1. Five different chefs including Prosena's Sara Jenkins and Peter Lipson from Northern Spy, will be dishing up their versions of cassoulet paired with French wines. The $65 ticket cover food and wine (tax and gratuity are extra). [EaterWire]

WILLIAMSBURG — Brooklyn Oenology will be hosting Mayanoki's sushi pop-up on February 25th and 26th, as well as March 18th and 19th. The omakase-style dinner, offered for $75 per person, will focus on local and sustainably sourced fish. [EaterWire]
