Good news for Thai fans in Brooklyn—going to Pok Pok no longer has to mean risking a wait. The restaurant, which at one point had such notorious waits that it set up a live stream for guests to keep track of the line from the comfort of their desktop, has just started taking reservations.
After years of only offering reservations "for weekend lunches, for parties of eight to fifteen guests" Pok Pok is now also making them available during all hours of operation, to all size parties, according to the restaurant's Facebook page. Interested parties can head to the restaurant's site to make reservations. As a side note, judging by the current hours, it appears that at some point in the recent past, Pok Pok stopped offering breakfast. An employee tells Eater this was due to lack of interest. But the high demand for those lunch and dinner tables continues, so this reservation news should be exciting to anyone who likes to plan ahead.
