Mario Carbone and Rich Torrisi's Meatpacking hot spot Santina quietly launched lunch service today. The menu (and pricing) is the same as at dinner time – including the signature Chitarra Santina – but it does also venture into the realm of sandwiches (lest anyone forget, the Torrisi empire did spring from a sandwich shop). Those will be daily verbal specials, and are rumored to include a fried fish sandwich (perhaps a homage to the filet o' fish?) In case you missed it the last time around, peruse the rest of the menu below. Lunch runs from 11:30 to 2:30 p.m., and then dinner starts at 5:00 p.m. That should give them time to clear up the crumbs from all those sandwiches.
