Dishes include a pomelo salad with grilled shrimp, lamb and pumpkin dumplings, and a sweet soy milk with tapioca and black sesame. NOLITA — The Musket Room's Matt Lambert is launching a guest chef series. First up, an eight course dinner on February 23 prepared with Japanese/French chef Atsushi Tanaka who will be visiting from Paris. The dinner is $100.
