A while back, Grub Street reported that Harold Moore was working on the menu for this new airport restaurant named after the iconic Bowery club, but no word yet on whether the ex-Commerce chef is still involved. The menu includes disco fries, a caprese salad, crispy chicken paillard, and a $42 cut of prime rib. Gothamist reports that the new restaurant might just open by the end of the year.
