Einat Admony's Combina opens tonight in the Soho corner space that formerly housed Taka Taka. The restaurant blends Israeli and Spanish cuisines and features small shareable plates. Bar Bolonat's executive chef Molly Breidenthal is working alongside Admony in the kitchen. The menu includes dishes like salt cod doughnuts, haloumi with chimichurri, a fried eggplant tostada, and a merguez burger. Here is a look inside the space, look for the menu dropping tomorrow.
