Turns out that Santina, this season's team Torrisi blockbuster, is opening a little earlier than expected. Instead of waiting until next Thursday, Rich Torrisi, Mario Carbone, and Jeff Zalaznick will open the doors to their glass-enclosed seafood restaurant beneath the High Line on Monday.
On top of that, Grub Street gets a few details on what that coastal Italian menu will include. There will be chickpea flour pancakes, turkey meatballs, agrodolce-glazed octopus spiedini, and rice "dressed like pasta."
