Craftbar's Sugar Shack Dinner; Talde's Pretzel Dumplings Join Caviar

FLATIRON — Craftbar is hosting Sugar Shack, a four-course dinner inspired by cabanes a sucre, log cabins in Canada where maple syrup is made and celebrated with feasts. Dishes include maple syrup with venison sausage, cornmeal pancakes, and cured eggs. The February 6 dinner is $85 a person, including beverage pairings.
