Dirt Candy's Gleaming New Open Kitchen Is Ready for Action

Big Dirt Candy is so close to opening that passersby should now be able to smell the veggies cooking. Amanda Cohen and her team of 18 broke in the very clean and sparse open kitchen this past weekend. It looks like it's about as big as the old Dirt Candy in its entirety.

Powered by booze and kimchi, Dirt Candy will hopefully open any day now. Those seats along the kitchen bar are already set and the bar is stocked.
