Popular New Orleans-themed bar and regular Saints haunt d.b.a. in the East Village reopened in the East Village late last week after a month-long hiatus. The bar, whose twin across the river shuttered in November, was recently taken over by David McWater of Milano's and Doc Holiday's after two of its owners passed away.
