Saraghina manager Evrotas Volman-Schwebel wants to make Bed-Stuy's Halsey Street feel a bit more like an Italian village, notes DNAinfo. The perennially popular pizzeria and bakery is expanding with a bar down the block. Diners won't be able to get pies at the new space, but can snack on charcuterie and cheese, and presumably the bakery's bread, while they wait for a table to open up at the original. No word on an opening date, but stay tuned.
