The Empty Back Forty Space Still Owes Almost $19K in Rent

Peter Hoffman may have shut down the original Back Forty, but someone still owes rent on the space — and quite a lot of it. Two "three day rent flyers" are hanging in the windows, notes EV Grieve. The total tab owed is $18,801.96, which makes up two months rent for both the "north store" ($3,900.24 a month) and the "south store" ($5,500.56 a month). The listing for the space still doesn't list a monthly rent, but it's presumably higher than Hoffman's $9400.98.
