LOWER EAST SIDE — The Torrisi boys are keeping very busy this week. Just two nights after opening Santina under the Highline, they will debut breakfast at Dirty French tomorrow morning. EAST VILLAGE — Huertas will start serving large-format Spanish feasts on Wednesdays, starting tomorrow night (and on Sundays beginning February 9). Tomorrow's dinner is served family-style and includes smoked trout with piquillo peppers, olives and a soft boiled egg, tortilla Espanola, and housemade chorizo.
