London's Flashy Sushi Spot Zuma Will Start Slicing Fish and Pouring Booze January 21

Scenester London-based sushi restaurant Zuma is opening its first New York outpost on January 21 and is taking reservations right now. Like its other locations (Hong Kong, Bangkok, Miami, Abu Dhabi, and more) this two-story space will host multiple bars, and offer sushi and robata grill. Kazutoshi Endo, who trained under Jiro Ono will be in charge of the fish and while the menu isn't set quite yet, there are some early previews on Instagram of of sliced sea bass with yuzu, truffle oil, and salmon roe; and sliced seared tuna.
